Tori Parsons, MS, RD, LDN, CNSC

Registered Dietitian

I studied nutrition because I am fascinated by food. It impacts nearly every aspect of our lives. How can something we all encounter every day still be so complicated? As a Registered Dietitian I love having the opportunity to share my favorite topic with clients. Together, we will work through the social, environmental, and physical factors affecting our health goals. Through understanding the complexities of food and nutrition we can learn to embrace food and nourish our bodies.

I like to get to know clients’ learning style, interests, and lifestyle to appreciate each individual for who they are and tailor my guidance accordingly. Understanding how these factors work together will allow us to make more effective and meaningful change in our day to day lives and eating habits.
