Tara Greenwood RD, LDN
Billing Manager & Lead GI Dietitian
I have always had a passion for nutrition. A multitude of experiences – GI issues, disordered eating, and an interest in improving my athletic performance – made it almost impossible for me to be satisfied with the information that I, and the public, could learn from the internet. Pursuing the Registered Dietitian credential was the best decision I’ve ever made. I love using evidenced-based nutrition information to educate and support others in their own unique journey.
Food can be exciting- sparking creativity, inviting family time and exciting our taste buds. But it can also be scary- causing stress and anxiety or even isolating us. With the endless noise coming from the internet, highlighting various opinions on what you should or should not eat for this or that, food can be confusing! I would love to be a safe space to simplify food for you, bring back the pure enjoyment of each bite, and be your support all the way through it.
